Tasks and Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using modern methodologies and tools
• Develop and update training materials across various formats (presentations, manuals, e-learning)
• Monitor participants’ progress and provide feedback to support continuous development
• Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure a smooth handover from training to live environments
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client processes, tools, and products
• Evaluate training outcomes and implement improvements based on feedback and performance metrics
