We’re looking for a proactive and personable HR Specialist to join our Prague office. You'll be a key player supporting recruitment, onboarding, internal communication, HR administration, and learning & development initiatives, all while keeping GDPR and compliance top of mind.
Key responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding : Manage full-cycle hiring in collaboration with managers, from job ads to onboarding paperwork and welcome meetings.
HR Administration : Keep our records up to date in our systems, maintaining org charts, and managing employee lifecycle processes.
Learning & Development : Support internal training programs and coordinate with partners like language schools and ACCA.
Internal Comms & Employer Branding : Share HR updates with staff and help shape our external employer brand (e.g., Jobs.cz, LinkedIn).
GDPR Compliance : Maintain best practices in data protection and assist in audits and reporting.
Payroll Prep : Collaborate with payroll providers and manage documentation related to wages.
General HR Support : Jump in wherever needed to support the HR Country Manager and the wider team.
About you
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust at all levels of the business.
Excellent English and Czech language skills
Solid Microsoft Office skills and a willingness to learn internal systems.
Expereince with full employee lifecycle
