VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Senior Accountant to join our Finance team based in Zdiby / Prague, Czechia.

Position is fix-term (maternity cover 3 years).

In This role you will be supporting the Accounting Manager. Coordination of the work of accounting team and all accounting processes in a timely manner.

We expect that you will deliver unbeatable results whilst fulfilling the following aspects of the Senior Accountant role :

• Supporting Accounting Manager in all finance projects and implementation new finance solutions
• Financial statement preparation (Local Gaap)
• Preparation of Financial and tax audit,
• Month end and year end closing
• Account’s reconciliation AP / AR / GL (US and Local Gaap)
• Internal and external reporting
• Organizing and coordinating all accounting issues
• Supervising AP postings
• Bank statement posting
• Preparing bank transfers
• Prepaids and accruals posting
• Communication and cooperation with all departments in the company and with central team
