Damovo is looking for a Network Operations Engineer (m / f / d) with a strong focus on Cisco technologies. In this role, you will be part of an agile and collaborative team, working in an open and diverse environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the stability and efficiency of our customers' network and UC infrastructures through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical processing and Coordinating with the customer to fulfill the incident management process
• Remote Managed Service Support Level 1-3. Providing initial incident response (level 1, 2 & 3), employing corrective actions, escalating issues where needed and generating event reports
• Supporting the field service organization during implementation within the framework of remote project support
• Close coordination with the service coordinators to ensure alerts are properly registered in the ticketing system, responses are timely and remediation statuses are communicated
• Providing operational services for the systems operated by Damovo for its own use
• Creation and maintaining the technical documentation database related to the network and UC systems
• Use of network monitoring solutions
• The product focus is on the UC / ICT portfolio of the manufacturer Cisco and the 3rd party applications used in the operating environment
