  • Experience in pharmaceutical and life sciences, ideally in Regulatory space
  • Experience in data analysis, e.g. ETL / data analytics
  • Experience in creating project documentation
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops, including Agile story mapping, brainstorming, and process modeling sessions.
  • Experience in communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Agile mindset, knowledge of agile frameworks
  • Very good command of the English language (spoken & written)
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with IT Product Managers and stakeholders while adapting to shifting priorities and requirements.

    • Translates business needs into technical specifications for software development teams., Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical team (Agile team)., Create user stories,epics, features, and process workflows., Conduct system and process analysis to identify improvement opportunities, Perform due diligence analysis to evaluate project feasibility, risks, and compliance with business goals., Act as a Product Owner proxy when needed, prioritizing the backlog and ensuring user stories meet the definition of ready (DoR) and definition of done (DoD), Partner closely with the IT Product Manager (IT PM) to ensure alignment on product vision, feature prioritization, and roadmap., Support and adapt to a dynamic, fast-changing environment with openness and flexibility to evolving business priorities., Use Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence to track progress, create workflows, and maintain documentation., Identify and suggest process improvements to optimize Agile delivery.] Requirements : BPMN, UML, ETL Additionally : Sport subscription, Training budget, Private healthcare, International projects.
