As part of our Finance team, you’ll have a direct impact on shaping the processes and insights that drive our business forward during this exciting shift from startup to scale-up. If you’re looking for a role where your expertise can truly make a difference, this might be your chance!

Your responsibilities at snuggs :

• Own the full FP&A cycle from budgeting and forecasting to reporting and variance analysis.
• Report directly to the CFO and board with actionable financial insights and recommendations.
• Oversee annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and design financial models such as cash flow and multi-scenario P&L forecasts.
• Manage management reporting, including KPI tracking and variance analysis, integrating data from multiple sources.
• Manage monthly closure, including data collection from all required sources outside accounting.
• Deliver month-end closure on time, aligned with reporting requirements.
• Analyze group performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and trends.
• Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and automation
• Coordinate with department heads for data collection, financial alignment, and reporting.
• Oversee the preparation of cash flow reports, investor presentations, and board documents.
