Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• Be a part of an experienced operations team
• Participate in operational projects and collaborate with colleagues to achieve objectives
• Maintain communication with our stakeholders and parent company
• Research principles and emerging trends in the online payments sector
• Conduct regular monitoring of the payment gateway
• Assist in managing emergency situations and provide support as needed.
• Take care of incidents and events that occurs, prepare the evidence and report them internally and externally
• Prepare operations documentation of new processes
