Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Be a part of an experienced operations team
- Participate in operational projects and collaborate with colleagues to achieve objectives
- Maintain communication with our stakeholders and parent company
- Research principles and emerging trends in the online payments sector
- Conduct regular monitoring of the payment gateway
- Assist in managing emergency situations and provide support as needed.
- Take care of incidents and events that occurs, prepare the evidence and report them internally and externally
- Prepare operations documentation of new processes
