The Position

As a Product Manager, you will lead and develop strategic brand management and marketing launching plans for the rare disease areas – specifically growth-hormone and haemophilia in accordance with business ethics and local regulations. You will lead development, execution and follow up on cross-functional brand strategy and tactics. You will ensure aligned messaging through all channels including educational events, alignment of activities and investments with budget and business strategies. You will define brand KPIs and follow up on execution, share learning and evolve plans based on learnings.

Your main responsibilities will include :

  • Drive disease awareness and growth of rare disease market amongst HCPs in the RD  therapy area focusing on growth hormone and haemophilia.
  • Develop RD market and market readiness in collaboration with other relevant stakeholders to ensure successful commercial execution.
  • Regularly analyse market and gather insights from competitors and customers.
  • Lead, prepare and drive ambitious, timely high-quality cross-functional launch plans.
  • Measure impact of RD marketing activities to develop future activities.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 + years of experience in marketing, brand management, and business development in the Czech pharma / health care industry.
  • Proven experience with strategic brand management : proven track of launching new products.
  • An experience in pharma in therapeutical areas of Rare Diseases and most preferably in Growth hormone and Haemophilia is desired.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in designing and implementing project plans.
  • Omnichannel marketing experience.
  • Therapy area knowledge and existing relationships with HCPs and other relevant stakeholders is desired.
  • Proven success in strategic thinking, operational effectiveness, collaboration, and similar roles.
  • Master’s degree in business or life sciences.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
  • Fluency in Czech language and English.
  • On a personal level you are business driven, proactive, dynamic, and energetic, inspirational, ambitious, resilient, collaborative and you have high business ethics.
  • About the Department

    You will be working closely with a small sales team that will help you in executing the strategy. It is an exciting, and sometimes challenging environment as very narrow s egment. However, this is a very collaborative and solution focused team who all work together to ensure a successful outcome on all projects. We have a great sense of team spirit, and whilst we work hard, we like to have fun too! You will directly report to the Marketing Manager of the department.
