Work schedule : 80 - 100% with flexible working hours

Duration : 6 -12 months

About the program :

Your assignment will include the responsibility of leading organizational strategy in step with our business leaders by helping the organization through assessment, design, transition, and work process improvements for a specific business need. With us you will :

Work with HR Business Partners on HR projects around employee engagement, retention, learning & development, and employee communication

Support talent acquisition team in recruitment strategy creation & campus activities

Run independently truly meaningful HR projects , cooperating with business partners

Develop yourself via leadership, feedbacks, on-the-job and classroom trainings, coaching, and mentoring provided by your manager and colleagues

As a HR Business Development Program Trainee you will benefit from :

Job Qualifications

Candidate profile

Business and Technical students of the 3rd, 4th or 5th year of study or graduates up to 12 months after graduation

Strong initiative, problem solving and advanced language skills in Czech and English

Interest, passion and motivation for a career in HR

Available to work min 32h / week

Positive attitude towards challenges and changes

Good interpersonal and multinational cooperation skills gained through international student exchanges, voluntary work etc.

Excellent problem solving and leadership skills
