Director, GBS Operations

Aptar is a global leader in dispensing and closures systems (USD3.3Bn revenue, 13,000 employees worldwide). Aptar designs and manufactures a broad range of drug delivery, consumer product dispensing and active material science solutions. Aptar’s organizational structure consists of three Business segments : Beauty, Pharma and Closures. Beauty Segment mainly sells dispensing pumps (spray pumps, lotion pumps, airless pumps), aerosol and applicators for the fragrance, make up and skin care markets.

The Director, GBS Operations collaborates closely with the VP of GBS, GBPOs, GBS Excellence Director , and internal GBS clients to manage service delivery and GBS operations on a global scale. As a global role, the scope of the Director of GBS Operations encompasses Country, Regional, and Global levels . The Director, GBS Operations :

• Runs service delivery and GBS operations globally : record-to-reprt, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, global trade compliance, and internal controls
• Balances costs vs service level
• Sets priorities to Operations teams
• Ensures adherence to standards set by the Global Process Owners
• Manage operations budget
• Is located in our GBS centre at Ceske Budejovice to ensure visibility of service delivery
• Ensures compliance with laws, rules and regulations
• Performs Stakeholder Management
• Sets and runs operations governance
• Implements continuous improvement initiatives
