Project Manager (Data Center migration)

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager  to lead a high-impact, two-year consolidation program focused on the migration of all Czech IT infrastructure, platforms (IaaS / PaaS), user workplace environments, and applications to the HQ standards and data centers abroad. The role includes coordination across international teams and multiple vendors, with a strong focus on business continuity, governance, and technical excellence.

Location : Prague + Business Trips to Germany (Quarterly)

Language : Czech, English – Daily Communication with German HQ Required

Start Date : ASAP

Contract Type : B2B

Allocation : Full-time

Duration : 2 years

Work Mode : Hybrid – Standard 3 days on-site, 2 days home office

Responsibilities :

• Drive and deliver a full-scale data center and infrastructure migration aligned with HQ technological standards
• Lead cross-functional expert teams and coordinate cut-over activities ensuring zero business downtime
• Define and manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and SLAs using PMI or PRINCE2 best practices
• Report project status and outcomes to C-level stakeholders both locally and at HQ
• Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including German HQ
• Ensure clear communication, issue resolution, and alignment across all streams of the program
