This position will focus on cost analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting, enabling data-driven decision-making to enhance project performance. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction or a related sector and experience working with financial ERP systems.

- 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, with at least 1-2 years in construction or a related sector (engineering, infrastructure, mining, building materials, environmental services).
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
- Experience with financial ERP systems (DATEV, Maconomy, Unit4, Tagetik, or similar).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present financial insights to non-financial teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
