Requirements

  • Education in technical field
  • English & Czech languages (daily usage)
  • Previous team management experience
  • Knowledge of ISO9001 or ISO / TS 16949
  • Quality usual tools (Six Sigma, PPAP, 8D, Ishikawa, RRCA etc.)
  • Quality audits experience and Credentials
  • MS Excel
  • University degree in Electromechanical field
  • Lean Manufacturing experience
  • Knowledge of SAP

Responsibilities

  • Manages a staff of professional and hourly associates that maintains quality controls within the factory, warehouses and at suppliers that meets or exceeds customer and corporate objectives.
  • Areas of staff responsibility :
  • Plant Quality Performance
  • Customer Quality Resolutions
  • Advance Product Quality Planning, V&V (QRB) and PPAP
  • Support to cost reduction activities
  • Supplier Quality (qualification, performance management, improvement plans)
  • Carrier Excellence
  • Warranty and customer satisfaction improvement
  • ISO 9001 v 2015, ATP, UTAC certifications etc.
  • Transmits the quality strategy to the site direction, define the operational quality improvement plan via the implementation of Carrier Excellence and ISO 9001 version 2015 and coordinate its execution.
  • Prepare monitors and executes, Strategic Quality Plans (inclusive of staffing considerations) for current year and future planning cycles. Makes necessary presentations to staff, divisional, and WHQ.
  • Manage quality dashboard for reporting to factory and quality HQ (Thermostat)
