We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Retail Intern to join our dynamic team in Prague. As a Retail Intern (m / f / d), you will support both the front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. You will engage with our clients, offer support to enhance their brand experience, and assist the stock room with operative tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Extend a warm welcome to all clients upon their arrival at the store, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Personalize each client's experience to be both distinctive and lavish while actively collaborating with the team to meet store objectives.
• Guide clients to the appropriate department and introduce them to available sales associates.
• Offer refreshments to customers as required.
• Support Client Advisors in locating merchandise.

• Handle and store products appropriately, maintaining organized back stock in an organized and controlled manner that facilitates selling.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the store management as needed.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Studies in the field of economics or management related to the fashion industry.

Previous experience in retail and / or the fashion industry is desirable and passion for luxury fashion trends, and an understanding of the luxury retail market.

Client-oriented approach and solutions-oriented attitude as well as a positive mindset

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.

Fluent in Czech and English, another language on top is a plus
