We are looking for a business-focused, technically grounded Solutions Engineer to take a leading role in expanding our Body Worn Solutions offering across the EMEA region . This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about working at the intersection of technology and customer engagement, helping regional sales teams across EMEA achieve success in delivering body worn solutions.
Depending on your background we see that this role can be placed either in EMEA Business Development or EMEA Engineering, Training and Portfolio Strategy team. Regardless of the organizational placement we see you’ll be a trusted partner to sales and channel teams, providing the expertise and guidance they need to position, demonstrate, and deliver Body Worn solutions that win business.
This role can be based in any of the following Axis EMEA office – Munich, Germany; Lund, Sweden; Luton, England; Rotterdam, Netherlands; Paris, France; Warsaw, Poland; Milan, Italy; Prague, Czechia; Madrid, Spain
WHAT WILL YOU DO
You’ll act as the go-to technical authority for Body Worn Solutions across the EMEA region, focusing on enabling sales, supporting key opportunities, and ensuring successful customer engagement.
Your main objective? Support Axis regional sales teams and partners to successfully win and deliver projects. Whether that means supporting our regional sales reams running a pilot, training a partner, troubleshooting in the field, or be part of tailoring a proposal—you’ll be at the center of the action.

TRAVEL
You should expect travel across the EMEA region for customer visits, pilots, and training sessions, as well as regular visits to our HQ in Lund, Sweden.
