Centuries of wonder fill our walls, letting you trace the history of the city from the Baroque era to the neoclassical to modern day. Four Seasons Hotel Prague has a unique location, consists of three historical buildings connected to a new construction, has 157 rooms including 19 suites, and has a new spa which opened in August 2016 along with a renovated lobby in 2017.

Four Seasons Hotel Prague is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team.

About the Job : Digital Marketing :

  • Oversee the development and execution of the hotel’s digital strategy across all platforms, ensuring a proactive and creative approach.
  • Collaborate with the Director of PR & Communications on integrating SEO, PPC, paid social, email marketing, and display advertising strategies.
  • Work with digital media agencies to implement and optimize online campaigns, monitoring budgets and driving traffic to increase direct bookings.
  • Explore innovative methods to enhance website conversion rates and boost revenue.
  • Optimize the hotel's online presence on Four Seasons-owned channels, OTAs, and partner websites to align with business objectives.
  • Design and monitor integrated campaigns for awareness, engagement, and conversion with specific KPIs.
  • Make strategic marketing decisions in alignment with the Directors of Marketing, Revenue, PR, and agency partners.
  • Partner with operations to enhance guest data capture through digital channels.
  • Conduct digital benchmarks with key competitors for continuous improvement.

Social Media :

  • Manage and publish engaging content on hotel social media channels, reflecting the Brand DNA and increasing audience engagement.
  • Perform effective community management across all platforms.
  • Ensure content aligns with the brand and meets performance standards.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach for strategy, content creation, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with the Comms Coordinator for influencer visits, ensuring brand alignment.
  • Integrate User Generated Content and work closely with the PR team for content opportunities.
  • Monitor social media conversations relevant to the hotel and luxury travel industry.
  • Coordinate participation in corporate global social media campaigns and create effective reports.
  • Websites and FS App :

  • Ensure web and app content aligns with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, implementing improvements for user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Maintain website / app performance through regular audits and optimizations.
  • Content Creation :

  • Generate, edit, and publish high-quality content across various digital platforms.
  • Coordinate photoshoots and video filming with external creatives and influencers.
  • Develop and implement a social media plan and editorial calendar.
  • About You :

  • University degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
  • Proven work experience in the digital marketing / e-commerce area, preferably with lifestyle brands.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices, including SEO and SEM, ideally social media, email marketing, content marketing, and website management.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads.
  • Proficient in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and analyze website performance and user behavior. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for the luxury lifestyle industry and a deep understanding of luxury brand positioning and customer expectations is advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Social media graphic and video applications.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
  • Ability to manage third-party agencies, partners, and vendors
  • Fluency in English, ideally in Czech as well.
  • What to Expect

    This position is offered for a definite period of time of 6 months with a possibility to change to unlimited contract, based on your performance. Your trial period will be 3 months.

    Feedback is a key; therefore, you will be asked to give your feedback on regular basis and you will also have an informal chat with your manager and trainer.
