Tasks and Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using modern methodologies and tools
- Develop and update training materials across various formats (presentations, manuals, e-learning)
- Monitor participants’ progress and provide feedback to support continuous development
- Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure a smooth handover from training to live environments
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client processes, tools, and products
- Evaluate training outcomes and implement improvements based on feedback and performance metrics
Requirements
Previous experience in training delivery and / or soft skills development is an advantageStrong communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Independent and organized work style with strong attention to detailAbility to manage time effectively and prioritize tasksFluent Czech (C2) and good command of English (B2)Willingness to work on-site in Brno (relocation or daily commute required)Benefits
