We are looking for a person, who :

is proactive, independent, open minded, focused on detail without losing the big picture,
has very good organizational and negotiating skills,
is not afraid to look for new ways, different solutions, to talk, to negotiate,
adapts quickly to new situations and familiarize with new topics and acts in a team-oriented manner,
speaks English fluently, knowledge of other languages on communicative level is an advantage.

In your daily work, you will :

cooperate with the customer to define and create new product,

manage customer projects, clearly provide information to the customer, and clearly communicate internally,

collaborate with internal teams on new product configuration, which must be delivered in defined time, quality and quantity, taking into account production capabilities,

be in touch with customer on daily basis to propose best product configurations, to look for win-win solutions for both the customer and for Schwan.
