Description

  • Support the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare journal vouchers while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Help manage the closing calendar, coordinating with relevant teams to meet deadlines.
  • Perform basic reconciliations, identifying and escalating discrepancies as needed.
  • Support financial data analysis to ensure accuracy and assist in identifying potential improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, tax, treasury, and operations) to gain exposure to financial processes.
  • Participate in process automation and system improvements under guidance.

    • Requirements

  • Degree (or final-year student) in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 0-2 years of accounting experience (internships or part-time roles are a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS / GAAP) and financial controls.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
