Position Description :
We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our team and support various HR functions with a focus on payroll, benefits administration, and employee support. You will collaborate with HR Business Partners and Recruiters in Prague, while also working with colleagues from locations such as Germany, the Philippines, and the Netherlands.
Your future duties and responsibilities :
Your daily tasks will consist of a blend of administrative duties, data management, and providing support to employees :
- Payroll Preparation : At the beginning of each month, you’ll prepare and verify payroll-related documents to ensure they are accurate.
- Benefit Administration : Mid-month tasks will include managing employee benefits, preparing amendments, and handling other legal documentation.
- HR Support : You’ll assist employees and managers with HR-related inquiries, offering clear and timely assistance.
- Internal Controls : Regular audits and checks to ensure compliance with internal HR policies and external regulations.
- Legal and Regulatory Compliance : Handling specific legal and labor law-related cases, ensuring full compliance with Czech labor laws.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role :
Proficiency in Excel and Word (advanced knowledge of functions like VLOOKUP is essential)Fluent in Czech (or Slovak) and English for daily communicationA solid understanding of Czech labor law and its practical applicationStrong communication skills to effectively engage with colleagues and employeesDetail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and complianceAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentBenefits :
