For more information, click here. What you will do : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indirect Tax Manager for the EMEA region to manage and oversee all indirect tax matters across multiple jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical VAT knowledge, experience in multinational environments and the ability to partner cross functionally with finance, legal and operations to ensure compliance and optimize VAT processes. This role reports to the Senior Indirect Tax Manager EMEA and will be also closely working with the Global Indirect Tax Director. Key Responsibilities :

• Provide VAT advice on business transactions, supply chain structures, and commercial contracts.
• Identify and mitigate VAT risks, and manage relationships, with tax authorities and auditors.
• Defining and implementing standard VAT processes in cooperation with our stakeholders;
• Ensure all VAT compliance obligations are met in cooperation with our external partner & Global ITX SSC;
• Monitor and manage Indirect Tax legislation developments;
• Participate to meetings with the business teams, legal, technology and accounting in order resolve tax matters such as new flows;
• Continuously learn about Kenvue, new products, and new revenue channels to identify and understand the tax issues;
• Conduct Indirect tax health checks, identify and manage indirect tax risks within the business and develop mitigation guidance;
• Manage relationships with our external consultants;
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant business units to ensure timely communications regarding any transactions that may have tax compliance consequences;
• Provide technical training to our stakeholders; What we are looking for : Required Qualifications
• Degree in Tax law or economics, Business administration or comparable degree
• Solid global Indirect Tax knowledge and compliance experience
• Experience within the big 4 as well as leading multinational preferred
• Experience in multidisciplinary projects and change management
• 7 years of experience preferred
• Experience in SAP and tax engine is highly preferred
• Strong analytic skills – Ability to standardize varying data processes / inputs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Intellectual agility, curiosity, and creativity
• Strong capabilities in MS Excel
