PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Global Finance Success Environment allows SAP to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness as well as quality of the finance processes while delivering global end-to-end process standards.

Within GFS, the Allocations Accounting team manages the intercompany accounting and internal revenue & cost allocation processes for the SAP group. The global group of colleagues in the Allocations Accounting team provide 3 types of services :

1)           Intercompany (ICO)

2)           Management Allocations

3)           Operational Support for Controlling

We are searching for a motivated colleague in our location in Prague to strengthen our global team as processor for EMEA region supporting all intercompany transactions for EMEA entities. The Allocations Accounting team members proactively and collectively perform the tasks and processes on either global level or for dedicated SAP subsidiaries. Interaction and collaboration within GFS process delivery teams (in GA, P2P, O2I) as well as with Local Chief Accountant (LCAs), Local Tax Managers (LTMs) and other organizations is daily business.  Being part of GFS, we are responsible to deliver the best quality services to all internal customers supported by the organization. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

You will learn on the job and grow into a role with responsibility for such things as :

• Act as processor for EMEA region, supporting intercompany transactions involving SAP EMEA entities
• First level support for queries related to the intercompany topic for all organizational counterparts (e.g. LCAs and LTMs)
• Work closely with P2P Global Payments Team (GPT) to ensure that all intercompany accounts are actively maintained, and payments are cleared
• Play an active role in the roll out of new tools, processes and support projects
• Process intercompany postings for EMEA region as well as intercompany reconciliation
• Provide first class service and build good business relations with key stakeholders
