Global Quality Director - T1 Automotive Manufacturer

Our client, a multinational manufacturing organisation, is seeking an experienced Global Quality Director to lead worldwide quality strategy and execution for their OEM business division. This is a key leadership position that will drive compliance with automotive industry standards, enhance product and process quality, and ensure customer satisfaction across 11 global manufacturing sites spanning Europe, India, and the United States.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing comprehensive quality management systems, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and developing a high-performing global quality team. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on quality standards across multiple continents whilst working for a company that values operational excellence and innovation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Quality Management Systems Leadership

• Implement, maintain, and ensure certification of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer-specific requirements across all global sites
• Standardise quality processes and documentation across all manufacturing locations
• Manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of non-conformities

Customer Quality Management
