Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Camunda 8 Platform Engineer to lead the migration and modernization of critical insurance workflows. This role focuses on transforming existing insurance processes into modern, cloud-native workflow solutions using Camunda 8 Platform. 🔑 Key Responsibilities Architect and execute migration strategy from existing systems to Camunda 8 Design and implement insurance-specific workflow solutions using Zeebe engine Guide development teams in Camunda 8 best practices Ensure compliance with insurance industry regulations Establish best practices for process modeling and implementation Design high-availability solutions for mission-critical insurance workflows Implement monitoring and alerting for business-critical processes Optimize workflow performance and resource utilization

Profile / Requirements :

Technical Requirements Deep expertise in Camunda 8 Platform and Zeebe engine Advanced knowledge of BPMN 2.0 modeling and implementation Strong background in cloud-native architectures Expertise in Java, JavaScript / TypeScript, Go, or C# Experience with Camunda Operate and Optimize tools Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms Knowledge of message brokers (Kafka preferred) REST API design and implementation experience 🎓 Required Experience 5+ years in software development 2+ years working with workflow engines Proven experience in insurance domain Experience with large-scale migrations 💡 Preferred Qualifications Previous experience with Camunda 7 Experience with DMN decision modeling Background in process mining Knowledge of insurance compliance requirements We offer a collaborative team setting, hybrid work model (2x / month in the office in Prague / Brno / Ostrava / Pardubice), and opportunity to shape workflow automation strategies in the insurance industry.
