THE ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for :
- Developing and maintaining a solid, long – term relationships with assigned customers
- Owning responsibility for results delivery in line with the company targets
- Owning P&L of assigned customers to improve the Gross – to – Net results
- Leading annual negotiations with customers including yearly business plan, monthly business updates, sales & operations planning
- Managing, developing and motivating dedicated team
- Tracking team output and performance against business objectives
- Anticipating customers changes and improvements
- Strategic planning to improve customer results
- Very deep understanding of your business and your customer
- Full ownership of the process from order to payment of assigned customers, in collaboration with Customer Service and Finance Department
- Analyzing customer data to provide better results
- Implementing strategic company priorities in cooperation with assigned customers
- Effectively collaborating in a multifunctional environment with Marketing, Customer Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain department
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
We’d love to see candidates who have :
6 years of experiences in Key Account Management / Sales3 years of professional experience in people managementDegree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplineExperience in FMCG and with modern channel account managementHighly developed negotiation and analytical skillsVery good developed leadership skillsProactivity, independence, and self-starter attitudeResults oriented and the ability to maintain focus on quantitative objectivesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility of multitasking, prioritization, effective time managementFluent and practical knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)Very good command of English language (writing, speaking, reading)Team player, energetic, business driverWHAT WE OFFER
