Description
As a Payroll Specialist at FNZ, you'll oversee and advise on payroll operations for FNZ Czech Republic. Your primary responsibility will involve managing the monthly payroll processes, ensuring their accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, you'll spearhead payroll-related projects working with our internal and external partners. This role demands a keen eye for detail, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to navigate complex payroll systems within diverse cultural and regulatory landscapes across the European region.
Role Responsibilities
- Data input preparation of the monthly payrolls within the EU Region.
- Support on other payrolls located in Europe will also form part of the role
- Working with external payroll providers on the processing of the monthly payroll
- Validation of Payroll input and output against third party payroll reports
- Partnering with the People team and Finance for payroll review, approval and other queries
- Full lifecycle payroll responsibilities including BAU, all end of year tasks and audit requirements
- Answering payroll related employee queries
- Manage the communication with employees and other key stakeholders to obtain relevant information and approvals required for payroll processing
- Work in partnership with the People teams to ensure smooth running of payrolls
- Work alongside the Regional Payroll Manager on any payroll related audits, reviews and / or any special payroll related projects
- Keep up to date with relevant legislation changes and ensure compliance across all payroll locations
Experience Required
Experience using Workday and / or CloudPay is preferable although full system training will be provided.Experience with Czech payroll processes.Demonstrable strong knowledge and experience in Czech payroll administration, emphasizing payment and deduction processing while handling sensitive data.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Excel and Outlook. Advanced MS Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables is ideal.Impeccable attention to detail and conscientious work ethic.Exceptional organizational abilities, detail-oriented mindset, and adeptness at working within tight deadlines.Ability to work effectively within a supportive and friendly team environment, contributing to collective efforts aimed at maintaining effective, up-to-date, and compliant processes.Detail-oriented mindset ensuring accuracy and timeliness in HRIS-related payroll processes to guarantee precise and timely pay for employees.Prior experience ensuring international compliance in payroll processes, aiming to uphold world-class standards in service delivery.Fluent in English, Czech / Slovak (a MUST)LI-LV1
