Test manager

Position Description :

We are searching for Test manager for leading a testing team in the large projects to implement SW solutions mainly (but not only) in energy sector. This role is focused mainly on definition of test strategy for the project at early stage, preparation of test plan that covers all sorts and aspects of testing, managing the preparation of test scenarios and managing the preparation, execution and evaluation of tests, as well as continuous communication with client during the whole project life cycle.

Your future duties and responsibilities :

As Test manager, you will be responsible for :

• Representing CGI on key meetings with clients
• Establishing and keeping good relationships with clients
• Getting familiar with client’s requirements related to testing of the solution to be delivered
• Preparation of Test strategy and Test blueprint
• Test planning
• Setting the evaluation metrics (Exit & Acceptance criteria)
• Definition and promotion of Testing methodology, incl. selection and setup of test tools, preparation and provision of training for testers and test partincipants
• Test organization and management, managing the team of testers, coordination of preparation of test scenarios, test execution and documentation, defect management, test evaluation and test reporting
• Organization and leading the testing meetings both external and internal
• Communication with internal team members – PM, architects, developers and testers
• Providing the consultancy to the client and internal project team, being a mentor for other members of testing team
• Cooperation in international team (both within CGI group and with external vendors)
• Cooperation on development of new business opportunities and leading bids preparation for clients
• Your continuous education and experience growth
