,[Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across our production environments, Deploy, maintain, and optimize applications and infrastructure in production, pre-production and test environments, Manage Linux systems, networks, databases, and cloud infrastructure (AWS), Automate operations using tools like Ansible, Terraform, and scripting (Bash, Python, AWK), Operate and troubleshoot application components (e.g., CYAN services, Tomcat, MQ systems, Redis, Kafka, nginx, DNS services), Maintain and improve monitoring tools (Nagios) and ensure reliable alerting, Provide 1st & 2nd level technical support via JIRA Service Desk and in direct customer interactions, Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure stable and secure operations, Continuously learn and adopt new technologies to improve our operational landscape] Requirements : SRE, Linux, Ansible, Terraform, PostgreSQL, Bash, Git, Nagios, AWS Tools : Jira, GIT, Agile, Scrum.
