🚀 Projekt
- návrh a vývoj datových produktů od ingestion po consumption vrstvu (business-ready data)
- návrh a vývoj data ingestion / ETL pipelines
- tvorba a údržba Data Martů pro analytické a reportingové potřeby
- migrace dat ze současného datového skladu do nové datové platformy
- řízení menších datových projektů s důrazem na včasné dodání, kvalitu a business priority
- správa a rozvoj svěřené datové domény včetně porozumění businessu a datům
- koordinace spolupráce s datovými analytiky, data scientisty a business partnery
- komunikace s business stakeholdery a sladění řešení s obchodními cíli
- mentoring juniorních datových inženýrů
- sdílení znalostí a propagace best practices
- příprava Code Reviews pro zajištění kvality kódu
🎯 Skills
- zkušenost s dodávkou datových produktů / BI řešení / vývojem na datové platformě Databricks či podobné technologii (minimálně 4 roky)
- SQL – pokročilé znalosti, optimalizace query výkonu, práce s komplexními daty
- Python – základní znalost pro zpracování dat a automatizaci
- znalost Business Intelligence a datových skladů – star-schema, dimenzionální modelování, OLAP
- zkušenost s návrhem Data Martů od analýzy po implementaci
- CI/CD a Release Management – DevOps principy, verzování, testy, deployment
- nástroje pro datové transformace a orchestraci (Airflow, Azure Data Factory, …)
- porozumění lakehouse architekturám a moderním datovým platformám
- zkušenost s data governance a metadata management
