Job Description
To lead and shape the People Analytics strategy, delivering predictive insights and standardized analytics solutions that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This role combines technical expertise, consulting acumen, and data storytelling to influence senior leadership and optimize workforce-related decisions.
Strategy Development & Execution
- Co-develop and continuously refine the People Analytics strategy in alignment with business and P&O priorities.
- Recommend and shape the analytics tools landscape, ensuring fit-for-purpose solutions.
Advanced Analytics & Predictive Insights
Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to forecast workforce trends (e.g., attrition, engagement, talent flow).Ensure data integrity and resolve inconsistencies using domain expertise in HR data.Standardization & Visualization
Drive the standardization of analytics views, dashboards, and reporting frameworks across the organization.Develop compelling visualizations and dashboards using tools like Power BI, or similar.Consulting & Storytelling
Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic narratives for senior stakeholders.Present findings in a consulting-style format tailored to executive audiences.Project & Stakeholder Management
Lead cross-functional analytics projects from ideation to delivery.Collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to embed analytics into core processes.Key Performance Indicators (Indicate how performance will be measured : indicators, activities)
Delivery of predictive models with measurable impact on workforce decisions.Adoption rate of standardized dashboards and analytics tools.Stakeholder satisfaction scores from senior leadership and cross-functional partners.Number and quality of strategic insights presented to executive forums.Timeliness and accuracy of analytics project delivery.Ideal Background / Requirements (State the minimum and desirable education and experience level; any other soft / technical / professional knowledge and skills requirements)
Requirements
Education
Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD preferred) in Data Science, Statistics, Psychology, Economics, Decision Science, or a related field.Experience
Minimum 3 years in People Analytics or HR Data Science roles.Proven experience in shaping analytics strategy and delivering predictive insights.Strong track record in stakeholder engagement at senior leadership level.Experience with tools such as Workday, Power BI, Excel, Python.Intercultural and cross-functional collaboration experience.Languages
