Your Key Responsibilities
Order processing (individual order / delivery schedule) :
- Monitoring of daily order entry / delivery schedules (EDI, email etc.)
- Creation of new orders in SAP (individual order / delivery schedule)
- Compliance with customer-specific requirements
- Independent checking of availability
- Confirmation of deadlines to customer
Demand management
Coordinating fluctuations in demand with the customerChecking and correcting EDI errorsyChecking and correction of cumulative quantities (incl. measures)Resetting cumulative quantities when the customer's financial year changesCoordination of requirements with Demand Management or Category ManagementEscalation / clarification discussions with customersQuotation processing

Bachelor's degree, ideally with a technical background (e.g. mechanical / electrical engineering, industrial engineering or completed training as an industrial clerk with additional training as a business administrator or comparable training)Experience in sales and / or customer service in the automotive industry or in the automotive aftermarket.Business fluent English (written and spoken), further languages are an advantageSAP R / 3 knowledge (module SD & MM), Business Warehouse, very good PC knowledge (MS Office), analytical functions in Excel, as well as data structure and evaluation via PowerBIGood interpersonal skills in an international environment, ability to work in a team, negotiation skills, customer orientation, flexibility, sense of responsibility, process and project orientation, creativity, perseverance and commitment as well asGoal orientation and motivation, structured approach, ability to work under pressure, initiative, independenceValid work permit for Czech RepublicWe Offer
