What You’ll Do
Research and evaluate U.S.-based wholesale suppliers and distributorsAnalyze product profitability (ROI, margins, competition, rank) using industry-standard toolsInitiate and manage communication with suppliers via email and (optionally) phoneSecure access to supplier accounts, request pricing, and coordinate onboardingTrack and report progress across sourcing funnelsMaintain ongoing relationships with active suppliersTools You’ll Work With
Keepa – for pricing history, sales trends, Buy Box trackingSmartScout, Helium 10, SellerAssistant – for ASIN evaluation and supplier mappingGoogle Sheets / Excel – for profitability models and supplier trackingInternal checklists, scoring templates, and sourcing SOPsWhat We’re Looking For
6+ months of direct experience in Amazon wholesale product researchStrong analytical thinking and familiarity with sourcing flows and ASIN validationIndependent work ethic and ability to follow structured sourcing logicWritten English proficiency for professional correspondence (spoken English is a plus)Comfortable working asynchronously across time zonesOpen-minded, respectful, and aligned with a pragmatic, task-oriented environmentWhat You’ll Get
