Your role

Primary responsibility for implementing Credit Management policy on receivables from customers / suppliers as well as administration and reporting of claims and losses. Ensuring timely and completing collection of invoices to customers / suppliers, settlement of bad debts, accounts receivable, and reports. Responsibility for monitoring

credit limits.

  • Management of the entrusted credit customer portfolio.
  • Telephone and written communication with customers.
  • Monitoring of overdue invoices and their subsequent solution.
  • Planning and preparation of repayment calendars for customers.
  • Transferring doubtful claims to debt collection agencies and monitoring adequate follow-up.
  • Ensuring that the records meet the minimum legal requirements for an optimal collection process.
  • Making changes to the internal database system.
  • Cooperation with the accounting and customer service departments.

Requirements

  • Very good communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the Slovak and Hungarian languages is a must (level C1 / C2)
