Your role
What you'll be doing
You will be a part of our international Customer Service Team, based in Prague, and support our B2B customers from Poland.
If you are talkative, well-organized, proactive, and don't have a problem with handling customers on the phone line, then we are looking for you!
Your responsibilities will include :
- Providing complete customer service to our B2B clients : working on the passive customer service phone line and e-mail communication with customers
- Communication primarily with customers from Poland
- Entering new contracts in the database and updates
- Dealing with requests and complaints of clients
What do you need to succeed :
Fluency in Polish - both written and oral forms. You need to be able to seamlessly communicate with our clients on the phone, and compose grammatically correct emails.Reside and be eligible to work from Prague, Czech RepublicEnglish at the advanced level (necessary for the internal team communication, and communication with a small amount of English-speaking customers)Good communication skills, assertivenessIndependence and thoroughnessAttention to detailsResistance to stressThis will give you an advantage :
