The Opportunity
This position works out of our Czech Republic, Prague office in the Abbott Diabetes Care (ADC) Division - product FreeStyle Libre 2.
As the HCP Product Manager you will be responsible for delivering marketing strategies and projects including ROI responsibility, targeted at HCPs across CZ / SK region with high level of quality, time, cost and accuracy.
This involves :
- Drive acquisition and / or retention development programs, in alignment with sales & market access strategies.
- Project management of both current and new initiatives aimed at all types of Diabetes.
- Monitor and react to customer needs, developing content / material and programs to build our existing and future customer base.
- Develop strong relationships with both KOLs / HCPs and internal and external
stakeholders and partners.
What You’ll Do
1 . HCP Marketing programs development
Development of programs, content plans; ensure buy-in from sales organizations across the CZ / SK region prior to roll-out.Support Digital Product Manager CZ / SK in promotion and understanding the need of development of all relevant digital platforms.Work with other colleagues and departments to find most effective way of increasing sales through cooperation and / or improving productivity.Drive innovations in HCP communication to support business growth.Challenge traditional approaches to market and create innovative approach to achieve market sales goals & and improve market position.Ensure that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements.2. Marketing plans
Contribute to the development of the CZ / SK Marketing Plan, in cooperation with Marketing Head CZ / SK.Support forecasting of the market and product performance, provide input for Plans / Updates and new product launches.Monitor product and market performance, identifying critical performance areas and creating programs to address them.Attend Abbott meetings (congresses, etc.)3. Understanding the customer
Be familiar with the key customer needs in the diabetes management space.4. Building up a close collaboration with KOLs across CZ / SK region
Support the development of a network of KOLs in CZ / SK region.Maintain calendar of country congresses, propose agenda and attendance list, negotiate KOLs participation & content of presentations and their approval internally in the system.5. Campaign development
Manage the development of appropriate HCP marketing campaigns through relevant media (offline and online).Develop marketing messages and materials and set up the training program for field force knowledge and skills related to product area, including training on materials.6. Budget
Have budget responsibility for designated projects.Required Qualifications
University degree (medical, pharmaceutical or science – strongly preferably)Proven working experience in the pharmaceutical / medical industry (5+ years of experience)Marketing experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical setting is a must, diabetes experience is a plus.Experience with launching new products in the health care industry.Demonstrated experience with and ability to manage HCP focused projects in pharma / medical device setting.Ability to work in a complex and collaborative environment.Ability to take ownership and accountability for wide-ranging project needs.Demonstrated ability to manage complex, and cross-functional projects required.Project planning familiarity & exceptional organizational skills.Detail focused and outcomes oriented.Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft suite (mainly Excel and PowerPoint), Experience using business platforms like VEEVA.Native Czech or Native Slovak language, and very good English
