Are you a Java expert with deep low-latency trading systems experience? Want to be part of a cutting-edge electronic trading team in Prague?

Join a leading e-Fixed Ie development team responsible for high-performance, Real Time trading platforms. We're seeking a Contract Java Developer to help us optimise our electronic trading infrastructure and integrate new connectivity layers.

What you'll do :

Enhance performance and optimise low-latency trading applications
Integrate TransFICC into our e-trading architecture
Work closely with pricing, algo, and STP teams
Contribute to platform strategy and future development

Key Skills :

Strong Java development in high-volume, low-latency systems

Deep experience in electronic trading environments (FI or FX)

RFQ workflows, STP, and pricing integration

Multithreading / concurrency and performance profiling

Nice to have :

Experience with TransFICC connectivity

AWS, Ansible, Infrastructure-as-Code

Agile, BDD, CI / CD

Knowledge of Fixed Ie markets and trading controls
