We are looking for a Customer Project Manager / Customer Success Manager to lead Factory Pilot implementation projects for manufacturing customers in the Czech Republic.
You will own project delivery end to end, build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, and drive adoption and measurable value from our solution.
Tasks
- Lead implementation projects from kickoff to go-live and stabilization, managing scope, timeline, budget, risks, and communications
- Be the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders across operations, IT, and leadership
- Translate business requirements into clear implementation plans and user stories in partnership with product and engineering
- Coordinate on-site activities such as discovery, pilot setup, user enablement, and go-live support
- Establish success plans and KPIs, track outcomes, and report progress to executives
- Run status meetings, steerco updates, and change management activities
- Coach users and champions, deliver training, and create customer-facing documentation
- Identify expansion opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives post go-live
- Ensure data quality, system readiness, and smooth handover to support
Requirements
4+ years of experience in customer-facing project delivery or customer success for software implementationsProven track record managing multi-stakeholder projects in manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environmentsStrong program management skills : planning, risk mitigation, dependency management, and executive communicationExcellent communication in English, both written and verbalAbility to travel to customer sites within the Czech Republic as neededAdditionally - nice to have's :
Experience with MES, IoT, shop-floor digitization, or analytics platformsCzech language proficiency. German is a plusBackground in process improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or change managementFamiliarity with agile delivery and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similarBenefits
