For our Czech Republic team, we are looking for a Field Service Technician who will focus on installing, configuring, calibrating, and repairing Kardex technical products and systems onsite at our customer field locations.
Your tasks
- Performing a variety of maintenance and technical support services for our company's installed products and equipment
- Apply Health and Safety rules and ensure delivery of high-quality services
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving malfunctions
- Determining when products should be upgraded or replaced
- Provide onsite training for customer support personnel
