About the position :

At IDC, you would be the HR BP of 2 Czech Republic-based offices (Prague and Ostrava) of about 250 employees. Further career development may lead to the role’s growth to additional European countries.

Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders across various departments to understand their needs, challenges, and strategic objectives.
- Provide expert guidance and support on all HR matters, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and training & development.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Oversee the employee life cycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
- Stay up to date on Czech labor law and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively identify HR risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day operations and projects.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in HR Business Partnership or a related field.3-4 days in the office per week, 1-2 days working remotely.Proven track record of partnering with business leaders to achieve strategic goals.Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.In-depth knowledge of Czech labor law and regulations and ability to stay up to date with them.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.Ability to build trust and rapport with all levels of the organization.Problem-solving and analytical skills.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS experience a plus.Fluency in Czech and English (both written and spoken) is required.Perks & benefits
