Key Responsibilities

Monitor and review user-generated content and interactions to detect any violations of community safety policies.
Investigate reported incidents rigorously, using strong analytical skills to assess cases and determine appropriate actions.
Work closely with various teams to develop and implement effective online safety policies and procedures.
Analyze safety trends and prepare comprehensive reports to present findings and recommendations to management.
Stay informed of the latest online safety challenges and suggest proactive measures to mitigate risks.
Provide guidance and support to users regarding safety practices to cultivate a safer online community.

Requirements

Fluency in Czech and English (both written and verbal) is required.

Experience in online safety, content moderation, or a similar field would be advantageous.

Strong analytical and research skills for effective incident investigation.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present clear and concise information to various audiences.

Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to proactively address potential safety risks.

Familiarity with social media platforms and online moderation tools is a plus.
