Tasks
This role involves leading and supporting SAP S / 4HANA Customer Service implementations, optimizing business processes, and ensuring successful ERP deliveries in an international, fast-paced environment .
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT or business technology roles, with at least 3 years of hands-on SAP ERP experience .
- Proven experience in full-cycle SAP S / 4HANA implementations , particularly in the Customer Service module .
- Strong understanding of SAP dependencies with other modules supporting customer service workflows.
- Experience in global environments , working across diverse teams and cultures.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions .
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with a customer-centric approach .
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
