We're looking for a responsible problem-solver to help manage our IT systems and deliver high quality support for Office 365 and other business applications. You'll also work closely with remote users and team members, keeping things running smoothly while solving real problems fast. If you're a self-starter who enjoys working with both end users and technical teams, we’d love to hear from you.
What you'll do?
Provide responsive support for Office 365 and other user-facing issues
Administer and manage the Office 365 tenant
Handle user account setup and administration
Assist with Salesforce deployments and related tasks
Support a variety of mobile devices across platforms
Create and maintain clear documentation and internal knowledge articles
Monitor systems for alerts and unusual activity, ensuring quick response
