We are currently seeking a skilled Solution Analyst - F / M / X to enable the development of efficient, scalable, and reusable solutions by understanding stakeholder needs, facilitating requirement negotiations, and translating business vision into actionable system designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and system integration. The project is based in Prague 8, with some remote flexibility (3 days per week).

Responsibilities :

  • Understand the needs of multiple stakeholders and facilitate the negotiation of requirements to ensure optimal business solutions.
  • Lead workshops and sessions with implementation teams to define the best solutions for business needs.
  • Create, analyze, and validate detailed functional specifications and system designs.
  • Contribute to the long-term evolution of entrusted applications by understanding their vision and functional scope.
  • Deliver key elements of system design, such as business rules, diagrams, UI wireframes, and data migration rules.
  • Ensure alignment with established methodologies (Waterfall or Agile) for development, integration, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of new solutions.

Your Profile :

  • You have a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in software development or as a solution analyst for large systems and applications.
  • You have experience with system integrations and APIs (e.g., REST, SOAP).
  • You are proficient with task management systems and analytical diagrams (e.g., UML, BPMN).
  • You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of insurance and / or bank business processes is an advantage.

    • The position is offered with either a permanent contract or a freelancer contract. Below are the rates offered depending on each contract. Please note that the rate offered will depend on your experience .

  • Employee : between 85,000 to 105,000 CZK / month / gross
  • Freelance : between 6,000 to 9,000 CZK / day
