Responsibilities

  • Engage with Polish-speaking customers, providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries.
  • Learn about our products and services to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
  • Assist in identifying customer needs and support the sales process.
  • Document interactions and maintain customer records in our CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with a team to achieve sales targets and promote a positive sales atmosphere.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills in sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken)
  • At least 2 years proven experience (sales and technical) and experience with CRM systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with good problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Open to relocating to Greece and experiencing a new culture.
