Are you fluent in Slovak and motivated to provide high-quality customer support? Join our on-site team in Sofia , where you'll assist adult consumers of a premium international lifestyle brand by handling inquiries related to products, orders, accounts, and device troubleshooting via phone, chat, and email all while ensuring compliance with strict industry and age-verification standards.

Location : On-site in Sofia, Bulgaria

️ Languages : Slovak (C2 / native) + English (B2+)

Shifts : Rotational : Mon-Sat (09 : 00-23 : 00), Sun (10 : 00-19 : 00)

Type : Full-time
