Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support to Czech-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve customer service strategies.

Requirements
