  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues swiftly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on navigating the platform and utilizing its features effectively.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Engage in continuous training to stay informed about product updates and enhance your support skills.
  • Contribute valuable insights to help improve customer experiences and service processes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong customer service skills with a dedication to assisting customers.
  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support is an advantage.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, showcasing a friendly and approachable personality.
  • A proactive interest in learning new technologies and adapting to evolving processes.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing demands.
  • Knowledge of video streaming platforms is beneficial.
