The following adventures await you at Schleich :

Support our international Accounts Payable team with a variety of tasks and gain valuable hands-on experience in global finance operations. You will :

• Validate and process incoming vendor invoices
• Support invoice matching and posting in SAP
• Communicate with suppliers regarding payment status, invoice discrepancies, and clarifications
• Assist with reminders, payment overviews, and portal maintenance
• Collaborate with internal departments (procurement, operations, finance) to resolve open items
• Help maintain accurate and up-to-date AP records
• Act as a back-up for other AP-related activities as needed
