About the Role
Rohlik is hiring a Recruiting Intern for our Operations Recruiting team to be based in Prague. Our Recruiting Interns are exposed to the full life cycle of the recruiting process in a fast moving environment and get to learn all facets of hiring from our experienced Recruiters.
Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Intern, you will support the Recruitment team in the end to end recruitment processes for our Operations recruiting team. This includes job posting, sourcing, interviewing, arranging Assessment Days and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Some of your key tasks and what you will be taught as a Recruitment Intern at Rohlik :
Candidate interviewing and organising high volume hiring Assessment Days
Building offers and negotiating with candidates
Working closely with the hiring managers, keeping them aligned about the progress of the recruitment process
Publishing jobs on different job boards
Supporting the Recruitment team in sourcing activities to build candidate pipelines
Participating in recruitment-related projects, including employer branding initiatives
Job requirements
Recent graduate with a Bachelor or Master degree
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Czech and English
Available for a 6 month internship, working 40 hours per week
Strong problem solving skills and eagerness to learn
Ability to juggle multiple tasks
You must have the legal right to work in Czech Republic without the need of sponsorship
