We are looking for an experienced System Administrator or IT Specialist (min. 2 years of experience) who would like to work on a globally used automation platform for managing ServiceNow instances – the Instance Controller . You’ll be part of a team that manages, develops and supports this advanced infrastructure and works closely with our in-house developers.
The position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, wants to understand complex systems in depth, and values independence and personal responsibility.
Tasks
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of the Instance Controller platform
- Ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting and incident resolution
- Cooperation with the development team to improve system reliability and performance
- Gradual involvement in customer support and communication after training
- Working with Linux servers, databases, scripts and automation tools
Requirements
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a system administrator or DevOps-related roleAdvanced knowledge of LinuxExperience working with relational databasesUnderstanding of Java and JavaScript basics – ability to read and modify code, familiarity with OOP conceptsSolid understanding of networking (TCP / IP, DNS, firewalls, VPNs)Ability to read and understand technical documentation in EnglishIndependence, reliability and willingness to learnNice to have :
